This is a very odd hill to die on as a writer. It (should) go without saying, but ghostwriting isn't cheating. If that were true, then creating any kind of content for a client's use would theoretically be cheating. I suspect you know this. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this article is an incredibly successful bit of click bait (I clicked AND read most of it), so kudos for that.
