This is a great piece. I'm a lazy, sloppy, inconsistent note taker unless I'm working on a specific piece - then the links all get dumped into the draft where I can refer to them as I write. I also love Otter for recording interviews - that's replaced note taking when I interview people (honestly, it's life changing). This lets me really focus on asking my questions and hearing the answers rather than writing notes throughout the entire interview.
