Thank you, Kate. I agree that focusing on weight loss turns riding into a chore, so I try not to do it (although I have a lot to lose at this point). I'm up to 45 minutes on my trainer as of Friday - 4x a week. Three months more of this and I think I'll be ready for 10-15 mile rides by May.
